AltiMetricsPolicies without the fine-print fog
Legal, privacy,
and the important stuff.
These policies explain how AltiMetrics operates, handles information, and sets expectations for use of this website. Clear enough to read without a law degree—or a 47-slide presentation.
Effective date: July 27, 2026These policies are intended to provide transparent website terms and practical protections. They are not a substitute for advice from an attorney who has reviewed AltiMetrics' complete business operations.

Service providers and disclosures
Project-intake submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to AltiMetrics by email. Support payments are processed on Stripe's hosted checkout. AltiMetrics does not receive or store your full payment-card number. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transfer. AltiMetrics does not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legitimate business, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal needs. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by AltiMetrics, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also ask questions about how your information is used. Send requests to altimetricsdm@gmail.com. AltiMetrics may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

02 / Terms of Use
Using this website
By accessing altimetrics.net, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website purpose
This website provides general information about AltiMetrics, including its services, software in development, and ways to make contact. Website content does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or form a binding service agreement. A client relationship begins only through a separate written agreement accepted by AltiMetrics and the client.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that creates an unreasonable burden, impersonate another person, or submit false, unlawful, or abusive material.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the AltiMetrics name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, software concepts, and original materials are owned by AltiMetrics or used with permission. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.
Third-party links
Links to Stripe, FormSubmit, LinkedIn, the AltiMetrics software application, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. AltiMetrics does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
Availability and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. AltiMetrics does not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AltiMetrics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or this website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
03 / Professional Disclaimer
No mysterious promises
Marketing, branding, website, automation, and software content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. AltiMetrics does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
Examples, dashboards, projections, metrics, scenarios, and statements about potential growth are illustrative unless specifically identified as verified client results. They are not promises or guarantees. Actual results vary based on budget, offer, market conditions, execution, competition, customer behavior, platform changes, and many factors outside AltiMetrics' control. In short: better data improves decisions, but it does not give anyone a crystal ball.
The AltiMetrics software platform is under development. Features, availability, pricing, integrations, and performance may change, and preview or beta functionality may contain errors or interruptions.
04 / Payments & Support
Contributions and client payments
The “Support AltiMetrics” link allows visitors to make voluntary contributions through Stripe. Support contributions are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible, do not purchase equity, and do not entitle the contributor to products, services, ownership, influence, or future benefits.
Unless required by law or a payment was made because of a duplicate charge or processing error, voluntary support contributions are generally final. To report an error, email altimetricsdm@gmail.com.
Fees, deposits, cancellations, revisions, refunds, deliverables, and ownership terms for client projects are governed by the applicable written proposal or service agreement—not by the voluntary support terms above.
